Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase or wish to return product for refund or exchange, all items must be returned in good order within 7 days of receipt.

As per ERU Hygiene Regulations, unless faulty, earrings can not be exchanged or refunded.

Any items damaged in transit must be reported to us and returned immediately.
